Returns & Delivery Policy

Returning a faulty product
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns
You have the right to request a return within 14 days days of receiving your item. After this you have another 14 days to return the goods to our return address, at your expense. As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, we recommend that you use a tracked service.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, free from dog hair and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at returns@raespaw.co.uk including your order number, name and address.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Delivery

We offer free UK delivery on EVERY order. We are unable to offer international delivery at present.

Your order will be packed and ready to leave our base within two to three business days. 
All items are sent Royal Mail Second Class. Royal Mail aim to deliver in two to three working days including Saturdays (Please note that Royal Mail delivery aims are estimates only and are not guaranteed).

If your order is going to take longer leaving our base, then we’ll let you know. Please bear in mind that sometimes things do go wrong, despite our best efforts. If this happens, we will do our best to fix things for you, please get in touch
